This page contains the policy that governs “Return and Exchange” on “DressTee – www.shopdresstee.com and our extended stores. Please do go through it carefully before making a purchase. We hope you enjoy shopping with us.
- In case you may need to replace faulty items, please note that we hardly ever make a refund. Be aware, that we may only replace faulty items for the same product with same specifications and subject to availability.
- If Items are faulty, we would attempt to replace, and ONLY where item is NOT available, would you be subject to a full refund.
- Repeated returns are monitored, DressTee reserves the right to deny sales to such a defaulting client.
- Other than for faulty Items Customers will be charged for delivery for replaced items
- Please email info@shopdresstee.com if any of your purchases have been delivered faulty.
- DressTee operates a maximum 4-days return policy. Within this period, the client must notify us officially either via a phone call or e-mail sent to info@shopdresstee.com .
- Items are ONLY classified as faulty if they are received by the client in a damaged condition. Please note that DressTee will not take liability of goods damaged as a result of wear and tear or failure to correctly follow care instructions and no exchange/refund will be made in such scenarios.
- All Items must be returned without stain and unused. All DressTee brand tags must be in place and the item must be returned in perfect condition. Stained or Damaged Returns will be accepted and will be sent back to customer and/ or a refund refused.
- We will endeavor to resolve all complaints amicably to best of our ability however, all complaints received after4 days of the receipt of the product will be unattended to. In cases of a return,we willreplace items, subject to the availability of the same specification of item(s) initially ordered.
- Typically, we deal with all return requests within 72 hours except during peak, festive or holiday periods.
All returns must be made complete as they were delivered in the first instance and where provided, accessories, and other packaging such as authenticity cards, thank you materials, and tags MUST be included with your return.
